Heidi was recommended to us by a friend and we’re so glad we chose her to be our realtor. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all the ins and outs of the process, but luckily she specializes in first time home buying. She answered any and all questions and we felt truly supported the entire time! She was always proactive and went above and beyond in her negotiations. She gave us the realistic advice we needed it and knew when to keep pushing sellers vs when to concede. Not to mention she has great relationships with lenders and service providers (AC, roof etc). We enjoyed working with Heidi as she keeps the process as stress free as possible. Thanks, Heidi!!
First, let me start by saying I found Heidi "on accident." I attended her 1st time homebuyer's workshop and couldn't wait to tell my husband all about it! She was real and raw. I told my husband I think we should have her be our realtor, which he thought she was recommended by one of our friends (he said I tricked him. Lol.) But it was the BEST decision EVER! She was a God send!
As I stated, Heidi kept it real with us every step of the way. She was the blessing we needed in order for us to be able to sleep in our blessing. She was extremely patient with looking at multiple homes, even the same one multiple times. If there was one not in the budget, she would keep us on track. We often brought our kids with us and she was so kind to them.
If you're looking for a realtor who is going to help you get the house you want, don't go with Heidi. But if you want a realtor who is going to help you get the house you NEED and can actually afford, then go with Heidi. I will take need over want any day. Why? Because we can live in a home with peace knowing our family is good and the bills will get paid because we didn't go with what we "wanted," but what we "need" for our family right now.
Thank you sooo much, Heidi! We are forever grateful!
Heidi has been an amazing realtor and has made my first time home buying experience amazing. She’s included me in on everything and let me know what to expect and how she believes we could get the best deal for what we’re looking for. She’s been so kind and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have been able to get my first house without her - thanks, Heidi!
I feel very blessed and grateful to have gotten the chance to meet Heidi. There was not a moment I felt unsure or worried throughout the entire process as a first time homebuyer working alongside her. If you don’t work with her, you would be doing yourself a disservice, especially if it’s your first time. Don’t just take my word, reach out to her. 15/10
